Mansi Rathod always had the admiration for food and used to watch cookery and baking shows on Television. She used to travel and explore different kinds of food and would try to make it herself. She says, “The first time I baked something was a cake and that too in a cooker. It’s the simplest cake baking recipe I came across and tried making. But not to my surprise, it was a big disaster. ”

Mansi was so unsure about her doing well in this baking business but she just wanted to give it a try. She kept on making different types of cakes and every time she used to fail badly. And while she was dealing from her own struggles, her parents dropped a new bomb on her. They told her that she had to pursue a bachelor’s degree which she thought would be of no use, but she did it for the sake of her parents.
Meanwhile, she was attending many baking classes and made many blunders — burnt cakes and tier cakes falling down, she had seen all of it. But her determination was next level, she was ready to fail hundreds of times but was not comfortable leaving the baking profession. This is the kind of passion one needs to make themselves a pro in any business.
